About us

Our apartments are located in the 14th century medieval building, which belongs to the register of objects of cultural heritage. Being situated at Maly Rynek 3 – eng. Small Market Square, right at the back of Saint Mary’s Basilica, they are the perfect spot for visitors who want to truly experience Cracow and its historic background.

With the help of experienced interior decorator and cultural heritage artist, all of our apartments have been renovated and designed in a way which combines modernity with original, historic style. All that has been done with our guests’ comfort and visual experience in mind.

However diverse can our guests’ needs be, we are certain our apartments will satisfy even the most demanding individuals. LOCATED IN THE REAL HEART OF CRACOW

Mały Rynek – Small Market Square is situated at the eastern wing of Main Square. For centuries it used to serve as a market for butchers and sellers. It was renovated in 2007 and currently constitutes a proud addition to the Main Square. With its relaxed atmosphere, Maly Rynek hosts many cultural, culinar and music events during the year.

Most of the Cracow’s major places of interest are placed within walking distance from the apartments. Just outside of our property, you will find numerous historic monuments, cinemas, theaters and other cultural zones which will enable you to dive into polish tradition and history. Old Town is also known for the highest quality restaurants which serve cuisine from all over the world.

Spacious extremely comfortable apartment recently refurbished to a very high standard. All mod cons, even a washing machine and Nespresso machine. Fantastic location just off the main square - in it’s own car free smaller square with restaurants along one side. Lovely place to be, near the action but quiet - no noise intrusion at night. Run by a very nice young couple who were extremely helpful, and spoke excellent English. We booked some tours locally and it was very easy to get to the meeting points, less than 5 minutes walk. Can highly recommend it as a place to stay and would definitely go back there.

How can I reach MR 3 Apartments?

If you’re arriving at Cracow Airport and want to book a comfortable transfer, please check our services. You can also take a direct, regular train from the Airport to Cracow Main Stations. Then you can take a 15 minute walk through the Old Town to reach MR 3 Apartments. Direct yourself into Szpitalna Street and follow it until you reach Mały Rynek. Our apartments are located in the orange building in the middle of Maly Rynek. Look for our logo above the entrance. Exact property address is Mały Rynek 3.

Where can I park my car?

At first we would like to inform you that whole Old Town is a car restricted area, but there is an exception for hotel / apartments guests. Remember to prepare your booking confirmation which may be necessary to present while you drive into the Old Town. Please park at the designated spots and look at the signs, as some of the spots are private. For short time, to unload your luggage, you can park your car at one of the following streets: Krzyża, Szpitalna, Tomasza, Mikołajska or Sienna. Then you can direct yourself into your apartment. After check-in you have to move your car into one of the nearby parking lots:
  • closest, city parking at Plac Świętego Ducha 4 (free during the weekends and from 8 pm till 10 am during the week).
  • private, open from Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 10 pm and on Sunday from 9 am to 10 pm. Location: Plac Wszystkich Świętych 5,
  • 24 hour, underground secured parking at Plac na Groblach 24 (spacious and easiest to find a spot).
Prices vary from 30 to 70 PLN per 24 hours.

Do you offer Airport transfers?

Yes, we offer comfortable transfers from the airport to the apartments as well as in opposite direction. To see more details, please check our services.

Can I book tours directly through MR 3 Apartments?

Yes! Two most popular destinations are Wieliczka Salt Mine and Auschwitz. For more information check our services.

Is there reception at the property? How can I check-in? Are there any specific hours when I can check-in?

Yes, there is reception at the property, but we kindly ask you to send us an email with your estimated time of arrival. Check-in starts at 3 pm and check-out finishes at 11 am. We also ask to call or send us a message 30 minutes before arrival, so that we could provide you with entry instructions.

Is there a lift in the building?

Unfortunately, due to architecture limitations and historic nature of the building there is no lift at the property.

Are all of the apartments located at the same property address?

Yes, they are located across three floors in the same building.

What kind of equipment can I find in the apartments? Do you provide food or cosmetics?

All of the apartments are equipped with air conditioning, free wi-fi, TVs, washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, kitchenettes with all the necessary furnishings, coffee machines, kettles, irons, laundry racks and hair dryers. We also provide essentials like bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, pepper and salt. Shower cosmetics are also provided.

Are the apartments air-conditioned?

Yes. All of our apartments have independent air conditioning in each bedroom.

Do you provide everyday cleaning services?

For guests staying with us longer than 5 days we provide full cleaning in the middle of the stay. We can also provide additional cleaning on request. For more information check our services.

Do you serve breakfast at the property?

We don’t serve breakfast at the property. Apartments’ neighborhood is full of cafes which serve excellent breakfast and we do not want to limit our guests’ choice. We are always willing to give you recommendations on which place to choose for a breakfast or dinner.

Are there any extra costs?

No, your price includes taxes and cleaning fee.
